Vice-captain on Australia tour Kamran Akmal has been dropped for the UAE trip due to his below standard wicket keeping who let the Aussies won the dramatic Sydney Test.After a scary performance on Australia tour PCB has decided to send Sarfraz Ahmad as a wicket-keeper to UAE.
Shoaib Malik will lead the Pakistan side in 2 Twenty20 matches against the England side in UAE after their regular captain Shahid Afridi has been banned for 2 T20 matches for found guilt of ball-tampering in the last match of ODI series, Afridi have already missed the T20 in Melbourne and will sat out again in the first T20 match but will be available for second match.
Mohammad Asif will not be a part of Pakistan side in UAE because authorities have imposed restrictions on the entrance of the fast bowler in UAE fast bowler.
Mohammad Aamer, Aamer Sajjad and Rao Iftikhar are in the reserves. Mohammad Aamer who is suffering from a groin injury has not been considered, middle-order batsmen Aamer Sajjad is in the reserves which will give him a little bit of breath of international cricket.
